Portfolio is a local, family run and privately owned company established in Alton Hampshire for over 25 years. We specialise in providing a tailored recruitment service to suit individual client’s needs.

  • Able to provide basic guidelines on recruitment regulations & laws
  • Provide assistance with interview guidelines and questions

Candidate Assessments

Depending on the role that we are recruiting for we can carry out candidate assessments on behalf of our clients including…

  • CRB Checks – If a role requires a candidate to be CRB checked we can complete this on behalf of our client
  • Typing test – to check typing speeds and accuracy, this is often required for data entry positions
  • Literacy and numeracy test
  • Candidate CV screening
  • Assisting with interviews.  Including holding first stage interviews at our Clients premises.
