Our client a well-established and successful business based in Haslemere are recruiting for a positive, Self-motivated & trustworthy B2B Sales Manager to join their team. Due to phenomenal growth, they require a seasoned and proven Sales Manager; someone who shares their values of Energy, Passion and a real hunger for Success.

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising, mentoring supporting and organising the sales team
• You will be in charge of managing organisational sales by developing business plans
• Meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department
• You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the on-going training of your salespeople.

Requirements, Skills, Abilities & Knowledge of the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
