We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and competent administrator to join our clients distribution business based in the UK head office in Alton, Hampshire.
Working within a team that manage important National Accounts, the individual will undertake a highly varied role, covering many aspects of National Sales administration. This role involves working closely with Accounts Handlers on high profile clients such as B&M, Tesco and WHSmith.

What does this role involve?
•Being a point of contact for queries from customers & suppliers
•Working closely with other departments, retailers and third parties to coordinate sales
•Using Excel to input forecasts and consolidate expected numbers
•Using the company database (SAP) to extract information for customers and add orders
•Creating spreadsheets for customers to provide them with information on upcoming items
•Completing a range of administrative tasks for major National accounts
•Setting up new accounts and updating records
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a great team player who can be relied upon to provide administrative support within a busy, fast-paced department. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail and good customer service skills. The role would suit someone who is organised and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities. Excellent IT skills are essential, including a good working knowledge of Excel (eg. basic formulas).
